EKM Law, PLLC has decades of experience representing government agencies, municipalities, tribes and states in development and environmental matters, including:

  • Advising the District of Columbia Office of Attorney General on pursuing Anacostia River cleanup and natural resource damages restoration
  • Advising a Tribe on claims arising from exposure to hazardous substances
  • Advising municipalities on Clean Water Act permit compliance 
  • Counseling states, municipalities, and local governments on environmental and energy statutes, regulations and policies
